Avaliação: Hacia la construcción de una resiliencia social en diálogo con la otredad y el Ethos cultural de cada pueblo. – Behind the Written Eggs: An Ukrainian part of Brazil

This paper investigates one of the samples concerning the Ukrainian Cultural Legacy in Brazil: The art of making pysanky. The general objetive is studying it with the conception of identity and cultural rights. For this purpose, the text begins to approach the understanding of identity pari passu with the Ukrainian Community’s development in Brazil. After it, the text deals specifically about the pysanky. Finally, it is given your making as the exercise of cultural rights by this Community. The method was the deductive, once the notion of identity will guide the whole essay. It was the following problem: “How do the pysanky contribute to the self-assertion of Ukranian Community in Brazil?” The raised hypothesis was it contributes in a sense which shows the own identity of this Community and on the same time points to the Brazilian Cultural Diversity. A bibliographic revision combined with oral history must be used to verify it.
